I work on process development, operational excellence and quality, with 13+ years across Nokia, GE and SME digital services. Most of that work has been structuring things that were not yet structured: mapping processes, aligning stakeholders from procurement to delivery, defining KPIs, and making sure a new way of working still holds a year after go-live.
My strongest example is Nokia’s MX Industrial Edge marketplace. I redesigned the global application onboarding process end to end. Onboarding cycle time fell by 50%, the commercial step went from over 30 days to under 1 day, and 12 applications reached sales availability across 15 external partners.
Quality runs through the whole career: QA Lead at GE Lighting, QA Manager at Coredo, ISTQB certified and a Six Sigma Green Belt since 2006. In 2026 I completed two programmes at Aalto University Executive Education, Foundations and Modern Practices of Data Engineering and Data, Analytics and AI for Professionals, covering data pipelines, data governance, CRISP-DM and the EU AI Act.
